Reporting to Store Manager
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to assist in launching a brand new lifestyle store to the Royal Tunbridge Wells High Street. We are a luxury retailer offering a covetable edit of fashion, beauty, kids & home accessories with a focus on exceptional customer service. Our brands are selected because of their quality, their uniqueness and their story and this must be delivered in an authentic and inspirational way to every customer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Retail Manager. You will support the Store Manager in coaching and developing your team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets
You will have a track record of exceeding targets and helping to drive business gained in a luxury retail environment. You will have previous administration experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling. You will be responsible for inspiring and guiding the team, so you must enjoy working with others and possess exceptional motivational skills
You will understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relations, and be a salesperson at heart with at least 2 years luxury retail experience
The vacancy is for a full time position, working 5 days a week to include weekend days and special events
