Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Our brands are selected because of their quality, their uniqueness and their story and this must be delivered in an authentic and inspirational way to every customer
We are looking for a passionate, pro-active and dynamic Store Manager. You will lead, coach and develop your team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should be trend-driven and have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a luxury retail environment
You will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team. You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and guiding your team, so you must enjoy working with others and possess exceptional motivational skills
You will be a salesperson at heart with at least 3 years luxury retail experience and 3 years management experience in a freestanding store environment
The vacancy is for a full time position, working 5 days a week to include weekend days and special events
